Fund Investment Aims, Objective and/or Universe
The primary objective of the Renaissance BCI Cautious Fund is to provide investors with a high level of income and stable capital growth.The fund will be managed in compliance with prudential investment guidelines for retirement funds.Investments may comprise a combination of assets in liquid form, money market instruments, interest bearing instruments, bonds, debentures, corporate debt, equity securities, property securities, preference shares, convertible equities and non-equity securities.

The manager may invest in participatory interests or any other form of participation in funds of collective investment schemes.The fund may invest in financial instruments.The manager may also include forward currency, interest rate and exchange rate swap transactions.Equity exposure may be as high as 40%.The manager shall reserve the right to close the fund to new investors.This will be done in order to manage the fund in accordance with its mandate.
