Fund Investment Aims, Objective and/or Universe
The objective of this fund is to provide investors with secure steady long term capital growth and income.The fund aims to generate a return of CPI + 4% p.a over a rolling 5 year period.

The fund maintains a moderate risk profile and is limited to a maximum of 60% exposure to equities.The fund will at all times comply with regulations governing retirement funds.This is a multi-asset medium equity fund which means that it may invest in a spectrum of equity, bond, property and money market and tends to display average volatility and aims for medium to long term capital growth.The fund may have a maximum equity exposure of up to 60% and a maximum property exposure of 25% at all times and complies with the regulation governing retirement funds.This fund may, at the discretion of the fund manager, invest up to 30% of the assets outside of South Africa plus an additional 10% of the assets in Africa excluding South Africa.
